The other day I went for dinner with YokeTing RuTing and Elvis over at the prata house again.
hmmm. That dumb arse asked me to go down to Yishun and accompany him at around 4 plus and we had to rot there till our meeting time with the tings.
While we are waiting and looking the the 881 Original Sound Track album, we saw our secondary school teacher Mr Chua. He is as lame as ever. Talked a lot of craps.
He actually like to beat around the bushes before going to the main point which we are looking for.
Anyway, as a memory and to get something for me to blog about, I actually took photo with him on that day. I realized something about him since that day which is, he loves to act cute. =="
Well, I took two photo with him. The first one was blurr thanks to Elvis' hand shaking.
In this photo, Mr chua actually trying to act cute in it.
Actually, if his character is not those erm, kinda unexplainable one. I think he will be able to catch the attention of girls and he might even have a girlfriend now. hahahaha
Doesn't he look good?HAHA
Erm, now i realized that his face didn't really change or differ from the first photo taken. ==
After that we went to meet the Tings and headed for the pratas......
Had a chat with them and blah blahed.
Thomson is becoming a place filled with delicious food.
The prata house. I think we should try the chicken rice across the road next time.
The special thing about that shop is that, their name is called something Chicken rice.
But the picture they placed with their signage was a crab which i don't understand why. ==

Recently I've kinda became workaholic like what YokeTing said if I'm not wrong. But actually I'm not just that I'm being scheduled to work and thus I've got to work. ==" Anyway, besides working I've got a life also can? If not you won't be able to see those previous posts about the movies that I've watched with my friends. But life is still getting boring for me at the work place because it seem like most of the time promoters are more than the number of customers at the place. T.T
Nevertheless, someone brightened up my days whenever I think of her. At least I've got something to daydream about when I'm standing there like a Stamford Raffles' Statue. Recently my job has turned quite easy for me I can say. Not that I don't have to do anything and just daydream there but the fact that i understand more of our products and the handling skills made me feel that the job became easier.
I shall stop talking about my jobs in case you people still think that I'm workaholic and continues on it in my blog.

Hurrah...once again our students dominated the Digital Imaging competition organised by PC Magazine & NEC. Out of the 20 finalists, 12 students were from SP with 11 entries from DDM & 1 from DCMD.
This year, the organiser is letting the public to participate in the judging through e-voting. The entries will receive 30% through e-vote & 70% from the panel of judges. Please help your peers to win by voting for their artworks. Even if your work is not selected, we still want our students to win instead of letting other institute to grab the awards. Rush hour 3

Whao, I realized I'm kinda on a movie spree recently. Haha. I've caught quite a lot of movie during these few weeks while I'm having my holiday. Now I will review about Rush Hour 3 which I watched with her. As usual, it's kinda comedy plus action packed movie which can make the audience laugh throughout the movie. I think I did watch Rush Hour 2 and 1 but I've forgotten the storyline. For this one, the ending is also a twist I can say as an unexpected person came out to rescue the two of them which I forgotten their name. Another thing that I like about this movie is the sceneries behind as they have got Eiffel Tower and night sceneries in Paris. It's pretty nice.
I think I don't have to talk much about this movie because if you watched 1 and 2 you should know what kind of movie it is. It will just have act 1 , 2 and 3 then the climax and the resolution to it. Just that they included the comedy part in their movie. Yea, so if you think you feel like having something to entertain yourself then go for it. =D

It has been quite some time since i last updated my blog because recently I'm happy. LOL. Or rather I'm busy over some matters and outings. =D Talking about that, it reminded me about photos. I forgot to take photos when I'm out these few days. OMG. haha. Thus this entry might not have much photos for you people.
Anyway, yesterday I went to watch Secret with Weijie and Huiyan as it was a treat from WeiJie with his free voucher. haha. As expected, the movie bored me and I almost fell asleep while waiting for the exciting part to be revealed. It's so draggy and not interesting i could say. Although the plot had a drastic twist at the ending but the overall story too took long. That twist wasn't really a fantastic one either. I left the cinema immediately after the movie ended as I don't think there will be anymore interesting stuff either after credit or during credits.
This movie is pretty sweet though as it talks about relationship and how much they love each other in order for Jay to make the decision to go back and look for XiaoYu. But I would prefer some other movies as compared to this.

Fireworks 3

Haha, alright alright, here I am to upload photos of the fireworks. =D
That day was the first time that I attended the fireworks with a professional camera I can say.
Since it's my first time, I hope you don't expect really nice photos from me because there are kinda bad.
I'm not familar with the camera and I don't a have tripod on that day which made thing even worse. But still, I managed to get a few nice photos out of it. Hope you will enjoy. =)
In the evening before sunset we are already there camping for the place.
Started off with some sceneries around the place.
Ok, the exciting part where they are counting down.
They are still tempting and making us excited with some aeromodelling performances
Ok, it has started. =D ENJOY!!
Alright, that's all for the fireworks. Hope you will like it.

Today I went to collect the Digital Camera from my school and I'm like so happy after getting it. Because with good camera, it means i can actually take good pictures of fireworks this coming saturday! =D
Planned my journey today and headed off to school early in the morning.
Cut my hair after handing in the loaning form.
Oh, I forgot to mention, i cut till damn damn damn short till you cannot imagine.
I think I'm going crazy because I almost cut a slope hair style. LOL
Met up with HuiYan after cutting my hair and went into school to collect my camera.
Today wasted a lot of my time in HY's house as I went there literally to sleep.
Can you imagine going there to study?
As in, they wanted to study for their test and exam or whatsoever but the fact that I've got no test nor exam made me feel retarded going there. =="
Besides, Elvis and XinYing was late late late!!!! Thus I just sleep there.
Anyway, nothing much other then staying in her house rotting.

It's bloody damn short. omg
Look at that retarded girl. hahaha.
she's skinny like a bone. =x
This was an apple drew by me. But some skinny bone destroyed it by adding pimples to it. ==
This was an apple. 2D apple but after adding some shadings to it, i turn it into something more 3D.
hohoho, good camera good photos. xD
look at the depth of field. In another word, the object focused.

While this one focused on the objects behind. cool eh?

The outing

This is gonna be an entry about my outing on 13th August 2007 with HuiYan and Elvis.
It was quite a tiring day as I had my CRS test in the morning at 10am and I went to met them after having my test. It has been a long time since we have had any outing with the Yan Yan girl.
This was the first time for me to attend any lesson or whatsoever event at T17.
Look at the SILENCE plate, it looked so familiar to our CCHY SILENCE plate. haha.
Besides that, it reminded me about the memories in CCHY because during our exam period, there were this kind of plates too. hmm.. But sad to say, some will go missing after every exam. haha
Hmm, trying to be emo but it looked more like erm.. 'Cao Ah Beng' Gangster.
haha. Don't beat me for this..
I'm not a gangster though. =D
Hmm, we was at Vivo and saw some Indians doing some shooting.
I don't know what program it is, but it look like some kinda Music Video or something.

After the movie I took this photo. But initially I didn't have the intention to do so.

We went Orchard before going to Vivo for the movie of Alone.
We watched 881 over at Cineleisure though it was a small theater.
The theater was fully seated and tickets completely sold out for that time slot.
Can you imagine how fabulous and successful this movie get.

Sorry everyone, it's not that I'm stuck in the shower room since yesterday till now. It's just that i was too tired yesterday and thus did not update about my movie marathon yesterday. =D
Ok, first I will talk about the film by Royston Tan. To me as a media student, I actually admirer him as he is really a young and talented director in Singapore. He has got many films and short clips where a few of them are award winning ones. For example the movie 15. It's about the gangsters in Singapore and their brotherhood where even they are not in the same gang, they are actually loyal to each other. Helping one another when they are in need. To know more about this film, you can search for it in google. Simply type "15 Royston Tan". Or simply click here.
Ok, back to 881. It's a film about 'getai' (Singing Stage) in Singapore during the 'Ghost Festival'. There are two stories in this film, the main story and the sub story if you actually notice about it.
The main one is about the Papaya(881) sisters and their singing journey since young till one of them pass away because of cancer. The sub story is about the two sisters falling for the same guy which is named GuanYin in the movie. Of course, he's the guy standing in front of the poster with the chicken. haha. It's pretty interesting as most of their dialogs are in hokkien so if you are not a Hokkien then I think you might miss out some of their meanings.
If you are wondering who is that lady standing right behind with 'Wings' then I think you should go and catch the movie and you will know. Here I shall not be a spoiler and thus will not reveal much of the story. But you just got to take note of the two stories i mentioned as my friend actually don't really see it.
Next, it's the movie which I expected to be scary and horror but it let me down. It's the movie, Alone. I initially thought that it is purely a horror movie where the twin sister come back and look for another one. But in the end, it turn out to be a murdering case instead. Although there is plot and a twist in the story but I didn't expected it. To this movie, I do not have much comment about it because it's simply a bad movie to me and the fact that I've got to squad on the chair to watch made me even more furious. Haha.
Overall, I shall give a 8/10 to 881
and a 5.5/10 to Alone.

Ok, first I will talk about the film by Royston Tan. To me as a media student, I actually admirer him as he is really a young and talented director in Singapore. He has got many films and short clips where a few of them are award winning ones. For example the movie 15. It's about the gangsters in Singapore and their brotherhood where even they are not in the same gang, they are actually loyal to each other. Helping one another when they are in need. To know more about this film, you can search for it in google. Simply type "15 Royston Tan". Or simply click here.
Ok, back to 881. It's a film about 'getai' (Singing Stage) in Singapore during the 'Ghost Festival'. There are two stories in this film, the main story and the sub story if you actually notice about it.
The main one is about the Papaya(881) sisters and their singing journey since young till one of them pass away because of cancer. The sub story is about the two sisters falling for the same guy which is named GuanYin in the movie. Of course, he's the guy standing in front of the poster with the chicken. haha. It's pretty interesting as most of their dialogs are in hokkien so if you are not a Hokkien then I think you might miss out some of their meanings.
If you are wondering who is that lady standing right behind with 'Wings' then I think you should go and catch the movie and you will know. Here I shall not be a spoiler and thus will not reveal much of the story. But you just got to take note of the two stories i mentioned as my friend actually don't really see it.
Next, it's the movie which I expected to be scary and horror but it let me down. It's the movie, Alone. I initially thought that it is purely a horror movie where the twin sister come back and look for another one. But in the end, it turn out to be a murdering case instead. Although there is plot and a twist in the story but I didn't expected it. To this movie, I do not have much comment about it because it's simply a bad movie to me and the fact that I've got to squad on the chair to watch made me even more furious. Haha.
Overall, I shall give a 8/10 to 881
and a 5.5/10 to Alone.

Movie marathon

Today was supposed to have a few movies at a go to make it a movie marathon but it's kinda disappointing as we only watched 2 movies. First one was 881 and second one was Alone which greatly disappointed me. Shall update about it later with photos. Now I'm gonna bathe. =D

Omg, life is really so unexpectable. 2 years ago when I was still in CCHY I joined the Entrepreneur club and we participated in the sales during National day. We are supposed to sell things there to raise fund for our club and also, to gain experience in the sales and entrepreneurship. But after the event , we did a very stupid thing which was to walk a long way to the MRT station. I somehow, forgotten why we took the long and wrong way instead of taking bus to the nearest MRT station. Haha.
Now, the place that we walked past has been turned to a construction site for the Integrated Resort in future. We didn't know that that will be the first and last time we walk that patch of grass. In future, we might even walk there more often than expected.
Here is the route we took the other day around 2 years back. We took hour to walk to Raffles Place MRT station and we are all beat out. Gosh. Whatever it is, I still miss that place as it's very memorable. Full of our secondary life memories especially the event.

Anyway, image taken from Google Earth and the red color portion is the route taken by us. I forgot how many of us was there but it's terrible and frightening as there is no light source for us on the grass patch except for those coming from the hotels and stuff.

This was my first and last art piece using charcoal sticks. Hmmm, although it's not nice, but i can see the great improvement in me for my drawing skills. You all might fight it ugly, but well, it's a good start for me as it has been a long time since i last touch art during my secondary school years.

Well, decided to post more about NDP on my blog instead cause I realized there is quite a small number of people visiting my photos albums.

This is my favorite and the best i can say.
Among the fireworks that I took on that day.
This is another one which i like.
Well, basically I felt that it's the problem with my camera because it's too slow to take any pictures like these. Because they disappear very quickly. Well, I'm not disappointed about it because the fact that I wanted to watch it more than taking photo on that day is to allow me to really enjoy the fireworks.
I will have another fireworks photo taking session coming soon with a more professional camera.

Yesterday I was part of the largest human flag! haha. It was fun though we've got to squeeze like mashed potatoes in order to get into the area. hahaha. Damn lot of people I tell you. It's terrible as some of them actually cut queue! The people in front got so angry and shouted at them. haha
Anyway, we still enjoyed ourselves. erm, not really for me though. Well, that's not the point.
This year's fireworks wasn't that fascinating to me although there are people giving it a 9/10. Because it is too smoky and we could hardly see the complete fireworks. But the management did spend a lot of time to plan this event yea? Keep up the good work. =)
Recently I've got no inspiration on blogging and I really have no idea what to blog and what to say. Perhaps my life have became meaningless to the extend that I've got nothing to talk about. sigh. How pathetic can i be? sigh.
There are many things that I'm sad and disappointed about currently. Really sad and disappointed. Well, perhaps i think i should still keep things to myself instead. There's really no one whom i can approach. I'm a pathetic soul. How i hope someone can just kill me.
Anyway, here are some photos on yesterday's event. =)

Blog Revived.

After the struggles with my girlfriends, now I'm able to revive my blog. haha. sorry for not blogging those few weeks because my girlfriend has kinda turned nasty and i've got to handle them. =D Now that I've broke up with them. It's freedom time! haha.
Today went for job interview and kinda successful and met up with yoketing and ruting. Thanks elvis for the job recommendation. =D hmmm. After doing some ridiculous shopping with them, i went to meet up with my family members and went for prawn fishing! It's fun I can tell you. A lot of patience is needed in this or not, you will not get anything. =D
I've sticked to my girlfriends for too long and orchard had changed a lot! Bishan too. Many shops had changed and yet i didn't know. Another thing is that, I don't understand why the whole world is queuing today! Everywhere we went, definitely there will be people queuing for something. Be it food or drinks or shirts or whatever. Gosh.
Didn't take much photos today though. Here are 3 photos to my prawn fishing activity. =)

The other day went to Sakae Sushi at Marina Square for Supper Buffet and it cost a bomb. hahaha. But well, once in a while treat for myself. Now I've got to go and work during my vacation so i can eat more Sushi. =X hohoho. Here's a photo of that day. ONE AND ONLY and it has got only my face. HAHAHHAHA. =X meanie me. haha

Ok, I've just renovated my blog a bit and mostly are the links section. There are too many people whom I need to link and it resulted in my having a long scroll down the link section. Thus, I've changed the section in menu style where it will reduce the length of my scroll section. Now all the links are being placed in the drop down list. Well, the first semester is coming to an end soon and my vacation is here in one weeks time. Or rather, next week can consider the start of my vacation already as there won't be any more lesson and the week after will be exam week for those who have got exams. But for my course, it's assignments based and thus I've got no exam actually. Well, kinda fortunate for me eh? =D Hmm, there are things that I want to post about but i think i should still keep it to myself instead. Or maybe post it at a later date. =)
Anyway, recently there's this blog craze in my class. Well, people, if you saw my blog do link me if you want. But if you don't want or don't feel like. It's ok with me. Now my link list on the left is getting longer. Soon i will change it to a drop down list instead. =)
