Recently I'm kinda into Photoshopping thingy. haha. I like to take photos and edit them in photoshop. Editing as in the color contrast and all and not adding elements into it. Hmm.

Below is another photo edited by me. Hmmm, most of my photos focus on the sky and could hardly see the buildings as they turns into silhouette and darken the foreground.

Any comments? What are the other ways that I can improve this photo?

Having headache on what to get for Valentine's Day? Here's a little suggestion to surprise your girlfriend. Because I believe, making your own gift is much more sincere as compared to purchasing one. Since I've got no Valentine this time round, I shall share my idea with you people. (Although I've got a One-Day Valentine.) LOL.

Here is just an example of a basic one. To make the full bouquet of flowers, haha. Get it done yourself and you shall crack your brain on how to make it. C=



This is a rose made of Rocher's wrapper. You might think that it's kinda cheapo to use food wrappers, but do you know that it's really sweet to make something out of something? LOL. you not just recycled the wrapper, at the same time you are being innovative yea? C=

Depends on how many roses you want to make, that decides how many Rocher you have to eat. LOL. This is something really sweet. You can make a heart out of the wrappers too. C=
Turn it into a bouquet of flowers and give it to your girlfriend. I'm sure she will love it. C=

For this entry, I don't know what title I should put. =\
Anyway, my last entry I mentioned I wanted to update about the events happened on that day. But well, as usual, was too engrossed with something else eg. chatting, slacking, watching shows and etc which resulted in me not updating.

Recently there's really a lot of unfortunate events which happened. Sigh. I believe , year 2008 is not going to be a smooth sailing year for me. Maybe for some others too as I knew some people who are under the same situation as me. But whatever it is, 笑也一天，哭也一天，为何不笑着过一天？C= 输赢并不重要，重要的是大家在一起嘛。。 不是吗？Both are quoted from TV dramas. heh.

27th Jan 08 (Saturday)

Early in the morning, I had to go to Yishun Burger King and teach two little big girls how to do A Maths. ==" ok , shall not talk about that. =\ After that had lunch with them and headed over to YJC for their carnival or open house of whatever you call it. haha. It's just a fund raising program. Most probably to use it for upgrading of their deteriorating facilities. =X haha. My school isn't better. =.= My school is not spending on facilities. That's the worse part.

The stupidest thing I did when I was on the way to the school was that, I alighted at the wrong stop because I saw a school and it look similar to YJC. In the end, I've got to walk around 2 bus stops to their school. ==" Met up with YuTing and JiaJia outside the school gate. Didn't stay really long because WeiJie was pestering me to meet him earlier to do shopping. ==" I think I saw someone familiar at the carnival. But I'm not sure if it's her. Haha. Never mind about this.

Saw many Ex CCHY peeps there and some other juniors. Left really early, around 3 pm and met up with my dearest Weijie. ==" Went to town to do some shopping for CNY. But in the end, I bought nothing and he bought quite a number of items. ALSO! he bought away the shirt that I like a lot at Zara shop. Sigh. Got to look for those kind of shirt at other places. But well, he's the birthday boy and thus got to give in to him, besides I want a smaller size for the shirt. Went around Levi's shop for quite a number of times and were not able to get what I wanted. Finally gave up. Headed over to have coffeebean. Thanks Weijie for the treat. C= That's all for the day.

Hoho, finally I bought my jeans today. Was looking at Levi's jeans yesterday and couldn't get what I wanted. So today I went down to Marina Square to look for the design but to no avail too. Finally over at City Hall, I found what I wanted! Tried and bought it. =D cost a bomb though. =C but never mind. As long as I like it. C= Shall post more about yesterday later. Had a few activities. Shall watch my 斗牛要不要 later on at 10pm. =D

Do you feel giddy after looking at the photo above and wondering what it is?
I do feel that way when I first look at that photo which I took. It was supposed to be a canted shot when i was in the car. But I don't know why it turned out to be like this. Haha.

Anyway, this entry is actually about an event last Saturday. It's kinda long yea? But well, it's practically because I'm kinda busy watching some Taiwan dramas and did revision for my Maths exam. Anyway, I caught National Treasure 2 ; Book of Secrets with my 2 sisters and brother in law. This movie is pretty awesome with all the different effects and camera angles. It's a recommendable film. This is the second movie about National Treasure. But it's okay if you've not watched the first movie because they are a separate story so it's quite understandable too.

Well, not gonna talk much about the storyline. That's a trailer below so maybe you would like to take a look. haha. It's really worth watching. C=

As time past by, things changes. Human changes. I changed.
That is the reason why I always tell this person that, I'm not the person that you once knew anymore. It's difficult for me to find back the same old me. But thank you my friend for being there always. I really don't know what to say anymore. Saying too much causes trouble. When I don't speak turns into an emo freak where no one likes. So what am I supposed to do? I really don't know. Maybe, I should better just keep myself shut as there won't be anything happen rather than a word that kills. Live in my own world.

Whoot, today went for tea cum dialog session with our legendary principal from Singapore Poly SP. LOL. Well, you must be wondering why I'm so idiotly happy that I had tea time with our principal. Basically the reason is simple, we students from poly especially, seldom have the chance to see our legendary principal from our school. From the first day of school plus orientation, the principal only appeared on a video taken by him. But not to get a chance to sit like 1m away from him and chat with him, is something really really rare. haha.

So I'm pretty honored that i got to have a dialog session with him? LOL. He's someone who is pretty friendly and open. He chats about anything under the sun and is open to all suggestions. Blah blah and blah blah. I shall get the photos from the Oops photographer. C=

I'm so bored at home. >< though I went out yesterday and today, I'm feeling bored still. I need something to make my life fascinating. I want to go out at night and have a better night life. For example clubbing, pubbing, tonning or whatsoever. Just ask me out. Stay at home is really boring.

I want my life to be fruitful and meaningful. I want more friends. I want more stuff that I want. I want to know what I want.

Make friend with me. C= I superb friendly. Haha.

Recently I'm back on my shopping spree. I want to shop! I want to buy things! But I have no idea what I really wanted. Today went out to look for PSP and in the end, spent whole of 3 hours going around Sim Lim Square just to ask about PSP pricing. Well, learn quite a lot from the retailer. Haha. But in the end, I still didn't get my PSP . =C how sad. After that, we carried on with our shopping at Bugis Street and Parco Bugis. But still, I bought nothing and there wasn't really much of the things that I'm interested in. ==" Most of the products are for ladies and a male like me, was kinda difficult to get what I wanted.

Never mind, tomorrow I will not be having any lesson. Shall try again by going to other places to shop. Hopefully I can get what I wanted. My PSP is still to no avail. Damn. I'm still tempted to get one. Provided that it's cheap.

Went for fatty's birthday celebration after SP open house. Don't wish to say much about this celebration though because I think quite a number of unfortunate events happened on that day. Not on his birthday itself though, but just the celebration. Anyway, here are a few photos taken using JingYi's palaroid camera. Her camera is pretty cool. =D But i would still prefer to get a DSLR camera though. It's expensive! ><

Alright, it's already the 5th day of year 2008 and I've yet to update my blog about my year 2007. Quite a number of even happened in the year 2007 and there are quite a few that I've missed too. It's a pity that I missed those events but I'm gonna make it up this year and make sure that I don't miss it.

To summarize the events that happened this year.

1. January. Found a job at Tangs orchard with the position of display artist handling mannequins and other display stuff.

2. April. Got into a course which I don't really intend to get into and successfully transferred out to Singapore Polytechnic with the course of Digital Media class DDM/1A/02.

3. April. Joined the Freshman Orientation Camp 07/08 after much phycho-ing from senior XueJia and enjoyed it. Was really glad that I joined the camp because it allowed me to make many friends. With that, I wasn't feeling lonely after the school started. Thanks for the camp. =)

4. April. School started and all the challenges approached ahead of me. Assignments all piled up and time was really insufficient for me. But whatever it is, I've still managed to hand in all the assignments and scored a GPA of 3.417 for the first semester. Second semester is even more challenging for me. I'm supposed to be rushing for my assignments now. I've yet to complete the many assignments I have.

5. April. Went for SMIT BBQ at East Coast Park. Though wasn't really close with the people but I still enjoyed it. =)

6. May. Celebrated my birthday with many people. For eg, my classmates, my camp members, secondary school friends and family. Thanks a lot everyone. You are all loved. <3!

7. May. Went for night cycling with club members from East Coast Park to Newton for supper. To Esplanade then back to East Coast Park. Enjoyed it very much. Thanks people!

8. May. Celebrated YuTing's birthday with her at Clark Quay, The Central.

9. June. Completed CIP in Woodlands Regional Library with my team members. It's my first time doing community work I supposed. haha.

10. June. Attended wedding dinner of cousin.

11. June. Went back to Sembawang campus to attend Yishun Town secondary school's carnival with Edwin, YokeTing and RuTing. Fond memories there. =)

12. July. My first virgin trip to a pub named Double O. It was a great experience for me as I've not been to any pub or clubbing area before. It's a good place not to just dance but sit and have a chit chat session too.

13. August. Attended Singapore's bithday celebration at Padang and participated in the largest human flag formation together with Elvis, YokeTing and RuTing.

14. August. Attended Singapore Fireworks Festival with Secondary school clique. Most importantly, I've got to know someone who's really special to me.

15. August. Found a job thanks to Elvis and currently still working under this company as a promoter at Takashimaya.

16. August. A special day with my special someone. This is the day, when we got together, lasting forever.

17. September. Went for another cousin's wedding dinner and an make over for me. Skinny. Missed a lot in between.

18. December. Working throughout the whole vacation.

19. December. Attended Christmas BBQ with KGKG. It has been a long time since I last gathered with them. The feeling was extremely heart warming and I will never forget that day. Count down was pathetic at Northpoint.

20. December/January. Count down at Vivo for the new year. Pathetic. Overnight at pub called Liquid and drank Chivas. Pooled. Home in the morning 7am.

These are the major events that happened this year I supposed. I missed out some too but I just couldn't remember them. Sigh. Well, I hope my new year ahead will be prosperous and full of events. Positive events of course. My resolution for this year? Just lead on a happy life and stop being emo. Score well for this semester with at least GPA 3.4 or more. More resolutions... never ending.
